Please Be Aware - you are purchasing a knife - it has both a point and an edge. We provide toys for all players, and most knife players prefer to have a toy that they can shape to their own preference - dull, sharp, or razor keen. So the majority of our knives are factory sharp from the start.

WE ALWAYS SHIP IN DISCREET PACKAGING. Your toys will come in plain bags or padded envelopes, brown mailing tubes or boxes -- labeled "CK Products", or "C.K. " on the return packaging, and your name on the label.
If you are ordering from Fetlife or another kink site, please change your ordering to your off-line name so that a package doesn't arrive addressed to your scene handle!
We currently accept Paypal, and Etsy checkout systems. We do not accept checks or money orders without previous email contact.
Creative Kink primarily ships with both USPS and UPS, in discreetly and carefully packed shipping containers to protect your new toys. Please note - PO Boxes cannot currently go UPS -- see above in "Shipping/Refund/ETC" section.
All Orders Ship within the Continental US at this time - Orders Placed outside of the Continental US (some of them do get through from time to time) will be refunded and declined. We apologize, and we do try to find solutions to the issue once a quarter, experimenting with different shippers... however, currently, Continental US only. Due to the vagaries of USPS and UPS, shipping to those locations generally costs 2-3x the cost of the order itself... for a 1lb box. More for 2lbs, 3lbs, and up.
US customers will receive an email with a tracking confirmation on larger orders to track the progress of the shipment, once shipped.
Orders will ship according to how they are selected by the purchaser - USPS standard, or UPS Upgraded. If they ship by Free Shipping, they will ship whichever is the simplest option while still providing tracking and safe delivery to your location.
Please note - if you experience problems with your package after shipping, we will do everything possible to help communicate with USPS/UPS and get this fixed. We can not offer refunds, however, without the product being returned. Once the order is shipped, we'll do everything we can do help - but we're at the mercy of USPS and UPS too, and can't re-ship if they tell us they've delivered. If the package is delivered empty, please let us know so that we can help you file a claim!
You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via email here on Etsy. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders once they have been shipped.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
We try hard to make quality sadism tools for your playtime needs, and if we've failed, we want to know so that we can make things right with you.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can't accept returns on certain products (sex toys, plugs, clamps). We will accept return/refund requests on unused, unopened, or "damaged in shipping/defective" products, of course. Even if you're not sure if we'll accept it, please contact us so we can talk together and try to make things right. Our priority is always trying work things out with our fellow members of the scene -- before we're a business, we're leather and kink.
However, even if your toy can't be returned, if you are unsatisfied please email and talk to us to let us know anyway! We'll do our best to work with you, set up a discount in the future, advise you on a situation, whatever we can do. We live in this community too, and our reputation (and your kinky happiness!) mean a lot to us.
This should go without saying but -- the passive aggressive tactic of "leave a 1 star review and MAKE them COME TO ME," doesn't work. We're happy to talk to someone and work with them, but once this has been done, we close out the case as uncooperative and move on. Sorry, not sorry -- won't be held hostage by a threat against the reputation we've already built for over two decades in the scene.
For returns, we do require previous contact and setting up a return note in our system -- we receive so many packages here (supplies, certified checks for store orders, samples, tools, etc) -- that returns that aren't expected can get stuck on a shelf somewhere by a part timer if there isn't a note to expect it. Returns received without one will probably not be credited or refunded timely.
RETURNS BY MAILER / BAD ADDRESS
If an order is returned for bad address, rejected package, or address or delivery/recipient unknown, or for other reasons outside our control, we will refund the cost of the order less the actual cost of the shipping. On request, a copy of the actual cost of shipping (screen shot taken from our shipping software, forwarded through Etsy) will be forwarded to you with the refund.
We will not re-ship on the same order to a new address - we will process the refund, and if you have a new address to ship to, you can place a new order with the new address.
We can currently ship to PO Boxes by USPS Only. UPS Will not allow it -- and UPS SurePost (which claims to allow it) is USPS in disguise. Out of 13 Surepost packages in three months, 11 of them were damaged. So....no more Surepost for us.
We reserve the right to refund or refuse orders made by customers who are underage, who state self harmful intentions, make threats towards our business or its' employees, or otherwise violate the terms and conditions stated above, or of Etsy itself.

I still have not received my package! The only response I got was it was shipped and it has been in pre-transit for a week and no response for an estimated delivery or anything! Edit: They definitely took care of my problem and where very respectful about the whole thing!!
