WE ALWAYS SHIP IN DISCREET PACKAGING. Plain bags, black wrapped boxes or brown mailing tubes -- labeled "CK" or "CK Products" on the return label.
We currently accept Paypal, and Etsy checkout systems. We do not accept checks or money orders without previous email contact.
Creative Kink primarily ships with UPS, in discreetly and carefully packed shipping containers to protect your new toys. Please note - PO Boxes cannot currently go UPS -- we know, we know, they offer "Smart Post" (or SurePost, or ShipPost - the name varies in your country) - if you check, it's essentially USPS. So if you order PO Box, we will contact you to ask for a street address -- if you don't reply by shipping date, or do not wish to give one, we will use USPS.
All Orders Ship within the Continental US at this time - Orders Placed outside of the Continental US (some of them do get through from time to time) will be refunded and declined. We apologize, and we do try to find solutions to the issue once a quarter, experimenting with different shippers... however, currently, Continental US only. Due to the vagaries of UPS, shipping to those locations, from our particular side of UPS' warehousing, generally costs 2-3x the cost of the order itself... for a 1lb box. More for 2lbs, 3lbs, and up.
That Said, our SALE/CLEARANCE/DISCOUNT Items do currently ship USPS, either Mail or Priority depending on weight - please be aware of this when ordering (it should also be on the product page itself).
US customers will receive an email with a tracking confirmation on larger orders to track the progress of the shipment, once shipped.
Regular Orders ship UPS within 1-4 business days, depending on order size and volume. Because many of our deliveries are "over-sized" due to the nature of the items, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery on the East Coast, and 5-6 business days in the Middle States and West Coast for regular shipping.
Please note - if you experience problems with your package after shipping, we will do everything possible to help communicate with UPS and get this fixed. We can not offer refunds, however, without the product being returned. Once the order is shipped, we'll do everything we can do help - but we're at the mercy of UPS too, and can't re-ship if they tell us they've delivered. If the package is delivered empty, please let us know so that we can help you file a claim!
We are unable to offer shipping outside of the continental US at this time. Orders placed for areas outside of the continental US can be declined at the store owner's discretion, as shipping over-sized packages often becomes prohibitively expensive and customs to other nations will often (and has previously often) result in packages being delivered "empty" and refunds AND replacements having to be issued.
You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via email here on Etsy. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders once they have been shipped.

We try hard to make quality, enjoyable tools and toys for your playtime needs, and if we've failed, we definitely want to know about it so that we can make things right with you.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can't accept returns. However, even if your toy can't be returned, if you are unsatisfied please let us know anyway! We'll do our best to make things right with you. We live in this community too, and our reputation (and your kinky happiness!) mean a lot to us. If a refund, discount on a future order or replacement are better fits due to something wrong with your order, we're happy to discuss those options.
We did previously accept returns, but we destroyed them - it was our policy not to stock returned items due to their intimate nature, so we've updated our policy to simply reflect that rather than going through the process of requiring an RMA.
RETURNS BY MAILER / BAD ADDRESS
If an order is returned UPS for bad address, for rejected package, or address or delivery/recipient unknown, or for other reasons outside our control, we will refund the cost of the order less the actual cost of the shipping. On request, a copy of the actual cost of shipping (screen shot taken from our shipping software, forwarded through Etsy) will be forwarded to you with the refund.
We will not re-ship on the same order to a new address - we will process the refund, and if you have a new address to ship to, you can place a new order with the new address. Sorry about that - we've had a lot of experiences in trying to keep things straight within a same order, reshipping to multiple addresses, and it winds up with just too much back and forth, with too little documentation to keep things straight. When the package arrives we'll issue the refund, and in the meantime we'll re-ship to whatever new address you like - that way you can get your order shipped sooner (as soon as you like to place the order, in fact) and keep the two transactions (refund and new shipment) clean and separate with two separate numbers to identify them and track them.
We reserve the right to refund or refuse orders made by customers who are underage, who state self harmful intentions, make threats towards our business or its' employees, or otherwise violate the terms and conditions stated above, or of Etsy itself.
