Axxxxxxxx B. This cane is very thuddy and very unforgiving and I love it! Not for beginners as it leaves deep tissue bruising and not much superficial (at least for me) I suggest a longer than usual warm up before really getting into it. It took us several sessions before we could work up to moderate strokes and it didn't take many before I tapped out. It's great fun though we really like it.
