We're Back from Primal Arts Fest!!! Primal Arts Fest was ...

Cassie Machiavelli

It was a lot of fun, and it was great to meet a lot of you. That's really the primary reason we still vend, even though we do better with online and wholesale, because it's nice to be able to get out and meet other adults now that the kids are old enough to survive at home.

Kenova:  thanks to you who attended the cane making class, I hope you had fun and that you consider whittling or something handcraft wise to hobby up your time. It's amazing how beautiful your first piece will be (to you, if no one else).  I looked up a photo of the owl I first carved, and while beautiful at the time...as an adult -- it was "owl-ish".

Kenova:  For those who didn't hear, the wax we used was Howard's feed-n-wax, but you can use any natural substance wood polish wax. Apply for a wet look, let it dry in the sun or somewhere warm with out much humidity, and then wipe off the excess after a few hours.
As always, if you ever have any questions after one of my classes, just hit me up on FL. Profile name is the same as my name.

Cassie:  Nice to meet everyone, and thank you to all the lovely ladies and bois who were willing to turn around and bend over... it was great being surrounded by jiggling smacked and bruised rear ends.
